After Dipika Kalar quits MasterChef due to injury; THIS Bigg Boss contestant to replace her

Bigg Boss 12 winner Dipika Kakar, who made her much-anticipated comeback to television with Celebrity MasterChef after almost four years. The cooking reality show has been garnering immense love. On the show, Dipika has impressed the judges with her culinary skills and is receiving love from her fans. However, the actress had to quit the show due to health concerns. And now looks like her replacement has been found. As per reports, Shiv Thakare is all set to join MasterChef and replace Dipika.

Shiv Thakare to replace Dipika Kakar for Celebrity MasterChef?

In a latest update, it has been reported that Shiv Thakare has been approached to join the show as a wildcard entry. A source from the set shared that Shiv will replace Dipika in the competition, although there is no official confirmation from the makers or Shiv himself yet.

Dipika had injured her arms few days back. Confirming the same, Shoaib had shared a vlog and said, “We did an MRI and CT scan, and the doctor informed us that Dipika must have had an old injury, possibly due to age or physical activity. Currently, her physical exertion is already quite high, which triggered the injury. The doctor hasn’t strictly advised her to keep her hand completely still or stop working, but he suggested her to keep her hand still as much as possible. The doctor said that she can remove the arm sling while cooking on MasterChef but should otherwise keep her hand rested.”

After Dipika’s exit, these are 9 contestants left in the show. It includes, Gaurav Khanna, Nikki Tamboli, Tejasswi Prakash, Archana Gautam, Usha Nadkarni, Rajiv Adatia, Kabita Singh, Faisal Shaikh aka Mr. Faisu, Ayesha Jhulka.
